Are the colors or products on the website accurate?

Products on www.kandora.com are handcrafted and specially created and handpicked for you. Due to the intricate and unique nature of the ethnic products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor/ mobile phone screens/ laptops etc and the actual product.

Do you take requests for customization of products?

Yes, we do customize products on request. You can email us your requirements at support@kandora.in

How do I know my size?

On every product page, we have provided a standard size chart which can be used before making a purchase for the best possible fit. Measure yourself accordingly.

Where do you ship?

We have free worldwide shipping, it is irrespective of where you reside you can stay connected to us.

When can I expect my order?

We ship out products within 8 to 10 business days from the date of placing the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We’ll be happy to deliver your orders if your pin code is serviceable with our courier partner.

No changes can be made once the order is placed.

What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order?

For all online orders, our delivery service providers will make another attempt to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse.

Placement

How do I place an order on your website?

Once you decide on making a purchase, click on the product you are willing to order. Select a suitable size from the drop-down list. Click on the “Add to Cart” button once you have selected the quantity you would like to order. There’ll be a slide-in window at the right-hand side with your order total and a “Checkout” button. Click on the checkout button to proceed with payment and delivery details.

I have a promo code, how do I apply it?

You can apply a discount promo code on the shipping page on the right-hand side tab. The shipping page appears after you have filled in customer information.

I have placed my order, what happens next?

Once you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email from kandora.in. We will then start making your order, from our Surat warehouse and keep you informed at every step with regards to the delivery of the same. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Then, your item is shipped to your location.

Return and Exchange

How will I be refunded for a canceled order or a return?

On successfully processing the refund, the refund amount will be credited to your Kandora account as credit points. You will be able to use this credit on any of your future purchases on kandora.in. Also, you can mail us to transfer your Kandora point in your bank account within 7 days of receiving Kandora points.

How many days will it take to receive a refund?

Once your order is received at our warehouse and gets clearance of everything, we will initiate a refund within 2-4 working days.

Can I return one product of the whole order?

Yes, you can return one product of your order.

What is the validity of Kandora Credit Points?

They are valid for 1 year.

The value of Kandora Credit Points is 1 point = 1 rupee.
